Inkoel defeated Green Skill Prize International Competition

Inkoel, participating in the International Competition “Green Skill Prize” with organizational support for the State Agency for Professional Education, reached the final as one of the 11 winners among 134 candidates from 39 countries. The competition is held by the ETF – European Training Foundation in the framework of the conference “Green skills and skills for inclusive society in a digital era: organization of training throughout life.”

Azerbaijan is represented by Inkoel as part of the project “Public-private cooperation in the development of green skills in the field of alternative energy.”

Inkoel system integrator and engineering company, founded in 2007. The company in the 2000s in Central Asia countries, and since 2010, in Azerbaijan, it was installed in private residential and garden houses of power systems OFF – Grid, on-Grid and Hybrid, working on the basis of renewable sources of solar panels, wind turbines and rechargeable Systems.

Inkoel’s main activities are the automation and management systems of industrial processing, key supplies of alternative and renewable energy projects and the creation of power stations infrastructure for electric vehicles.

The project was prepared based on the recommendations of the Institute of Education. The main purpose of the project is to create intellectual innovative centers in Azerbaijan. These centers have events to improve knowledge and skills of teachers in accordance with the requirements of the modern and future labor market, learning students and automation students, digital solutions based on cloud systems, management systems, solar and wind energy.

Increase green skills and competencies in the content of education, the acquisition of young people who are not dangerous to the environment, as well as the promotion of green entrepreneurial activities in the communities in which they live, the development of their knowledge and skills in this area is important for future Azerbaijan. The promotion of green skills is one of the main requirements of the labor market of the 21st century, both to protect ecology and for the development of human capital. Support and initiative of the private sector in this direction are a positive step and especially successful on the basis of public-private partnership.
