“Help provides for us to do what? Who should we fight against and what is the question of us? I have no certainty that they should have given weapons. Perhaps humanitarian help,” Khachatryan said.
He said that Armenia “really needs weapons and takes steps in this direction, including with Russia.”
“If the current contracts become a reality, this will be a great achievement for Armenia,” Khachatryan said.
