The Minister of National Defense of Turkey Yashar Guler instructed the units on the border with Iraq. This is stated in the message of the Turkish defense department posted on the site.
Guleler arrived in the Turkish province of Shirnak with his deputy Shuay Alpai. Upon arrival at the Airport, Sherafettin Elchi Guler, by helicopter, went to the command of the 23rd Infantry Division.
The minister received information about the operations in the north of Iraq, and also gave an order regarding the work that will be carried out in the region.
