The Minister of National Defense of Turkey Yashar Guler instructed the units on the border with Iraq. This is stated in the message of the Turkish defense department posted on the site.
GULER went to the Turkish province of Khakkari after a visit to Iraq on the eve of a visit to the Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and the head of the National Intelligence Organization (MIT) Ibrahim Kalyn.
The Minister, who spent the night in the Yuksekov area, carried out an inspection in the command of the 3rd Infantry Division.
Guleler met with commanders, received information about the conducted operations in the north of Iraq, and also gave orders regarding the upcoming work.
