“An urgent call to establish a practical dialogue focused on the establishment of an alternative ethnopolitical groups in order to complete the process of peaceful settlement and the creation of a balanced, comprehensive, inclusive and honorary, responsible government in the country has again been addressed to the current authorities. The parties advocated the formation of Afghanistan as an independent, single and peaceful state, and also noted the unacceptability of the placement of military infrastructure of third countries in Afghanistan and adjacent states under any prepositions.

Earlier, on September 29, the fifth meeting of the Moscow format on Afghanistan was held in Kazan with the participation of special representatives and senior officials of Russia, China, Pakistan, Iran, India, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. Representatives of Qatar, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Turkey were also present as the invited parties at the event. The meeting took part in the acting Foreign Minister of Afghanistan.
