Russian troops in Ukraine are not discharged, but they make regrouping and new offensive actions are preparing, the Secretary General of NATO Jens Stoltenberg said on Thursday, commenting on Moscow’s statements about the “cardinal decrease in the intensity of hostilities” in Kiev and Chernigov directions.
“We heard recent statements that Russia will reduce (scale) of military operations near Kyiv and in Northern Ukraine. But Russia has repeatedly lied on her intentions. Therefore, we can only judge on the basis of Russia’s actions, and not on the basis of its words”, – Stressed Stoltenberg, whose words leads UNIAN.
“In accordance with our intelligence, the divisions of Russia are not discharged, but are regrouping. Russia is trying to regroup, restore replenishment and strengthen its offensive in the Donbass.
