The Imishlin Prosecutor’s Office conducted an investigation in connection with the fact that the representative of the head of the executive in the village of Gaggirustamli, having entered into collusion with other officials, issued fake certificates of vaccination against COVID-19 to several persons, the prosecutor’s office of the Iimishlinsky district said.
According to information, Jar Shikhaliyev, entered into a criminal connection with the accountant of the IV representative office in the village of Ikram Sheikhalia and Dentist Farahima Nadigarov, registered in the E-Təbib system a number of persons as vaccinated to bypass the immunization process.
In fact, a criminal case was initiated under articles 308.1 (abuse of official powers) and 313 (official forgery) of the Criminal Code. Investigation is underway.
