The Chairman of the State Agency Mustafa Abbasbayli said that the Social Support packet for the families of the Shahids and Veterans in the post -war period has already covered 100 thousand people. In total, 190 thousand services were provided.
It was noted that work is underway to involve the members of the families of the Shahids and the participants in the war in the programs of active employment. After the war, the State Employment Agency attracted more than 12 thousand families and veterans to actively employment programs.
7800 of them were involved in the self -employment program. For them they created small farms and enterprises.
Employment marathon, launched by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the population in 2021, aims to support the employment of families of the Shahids and Veterans of the Patriotic War. 1973 of them are veterans, the rest are members of the Schehid family.
One of the main goals is to provide members of the families of the Shahids and War Veterans with professions that meet the requirements of the labor market. For 5 months of 2022, 1542 citizens were involved in vocational training. Some of them are members of the families of the Shahids and participants in the Second Karabakh War.
At a press conference, information on the support of the families of the shahids and war veterans was provided, including the organization of paid public works, co-financing part of wages and other steps.
