The Prosecutor General’s Office answered the statement of the deputy Sabima Rustamkhanles about the unreasonable arrest of the former journalist and the ex-head of the municipality of the village of Binagadi Nyazhtiyev.

The press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office states that in some media, information does not reflect the truth about election against the ex-chairman of the municipality of the village of Binagadi Niode NIFTIEV, a unreasonable preventive measure in the form of imprisonment and admission of proclamation in a criminal case.
