Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree that allows Russian companies to give debts to creditors from” making unfriendly actions “of countries in rubles, BBC reports.

Earlier it was reported that the President of the Russian Federation instructed the Cabinet of Ministers to draw up a list of countries that introduced sanctions against Russia. The list of such countries is instructed to determine the government within two weeks.
