Russian investigators on behalf of the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Alexandra Bastrykina were freed from the custody of the police officer who accidentally fired an inviorider on May 28. According to TASS, the official representative of the RF SK Svetlana Petrenko said to journalists.
“Today, on behalf of the Chairman of the Investigative Committee, the investigator changed the measure of restraint against a police officer, choosing a subscription of the unseason and proper behavior,” she said.
Recall, the tragedy occurred on May 28. During the driver’s detention, a policeman had a random shot. 19-year-old Velkin Abdullaev died.
“Currently, two suspects in the application of violence against law enforcement officers are detained. The investigation intends to apply for the election of preventive measures in the form of detention,” Petrenko said.
