Supreme Court of Sweden canceled extradition to Turkey of supporter of terrorists of RSC

Sweden Supreme Court on Wednesday canceled a decision on extradition to Turkey by a person found guilty of forced funding for the terrorist organization of the RSC.

This is stated in the report of the court.

At the same time, the court approved the sentencing for four and a half years to the 40-year-old man for trying to finance terrorism, an attempt to extort and commit a crime using firearms.

The accomplice of the bloody group was convicted in July this year. This is the first such sentence in Sweden.

Prosecutor Hans Ihrman, who prepared the indictment, said that the supporter of the RSC is accused of collecting money in Sweden through blackmail.

According to him, his actions are part of “wider activities that were organized for a long time.”

“There is good evidence that the suspect acted on behalf of the RKK,” he said.

President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that since 1984, when the militants of the RSC for the first time had carried out a bloody crime in Turkey, tens of thousands of security forces and civilians of Turkey died at the hands of this bloody organization.

The United States and the European Union introduced PKK to the lists of terrorist organizations.

Despite Ankara’s attempts to find ways to settle the situation, the PKK terrorist organization has resumed armed attacks since July 2015.

In recent years, PKK seeks to shift responsibility for bloody crimes in the region to its branches. In Syria, PKK terrorists are hiding behind the names of Pyd and YPG, and in the last two years they call themselves “Syrian democratic forces.” In Iran, PKK acts as “Party of Free Life of Kurdistan” (pjak).
