By the decision of the Sabail district court, the arrest of the former Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of Azerbaijan Salim Muslimova was extended for three months.
As reported by HaqQin.az, the submission of the investigative body to extend the arrest of Muslimov in court. According to the decision, the arrest of the ex-minister has been extended for another 3 months.
Salim Muslimov was charged under articles 308.2 (abuse of authority, entailed grave consequences), 311.3.2 and 311.3.3 (repeated receipt of bribes in large amounts), a court decision against the ex-minister was elected to prevent in the form of arrest.
