UN adopted a resolution in Ukraine

The UN Human Rights Council with the vast majority of votes supported the resolution on the beginning of the investigation of the alleged war crimes of the Russian troops. We are talking about crimes committed at the beginning of the war, presumably, by the Russian military, near Kyiv and other Ukrainian regions, the Russian service BBC reports.

33 member countries of the Council voted for the investigation, 12 abstained, China and Eritrea were the only countries that voted against the resolution that Ukraine introduced.

last month, Russia was excluded from the UN Council for Human Rights in connection with the accusations of unlawful actions in Ukraine.
