Yanukovych again wanted to become a “president”, but court refused

The District Administrative Court of Kyiv left the lawsuit of the former president Viktor Yanukovych without consideration, which he filed a lawsuit to recognize the decision of the Verkhovna Rada of February 22, 2014 “On the self -removal of the President of Ukraine from the execution of constitutional powers and the appointment of extraordinary elections of the President of Ukraine”. This was reported to “Ukrainian Novin” in court.

April 20, the court refused to satisfy the petitions of the Verkhovna Rada on the closure of the proceedings and the transfer of the case in jurisdiction to the Supreme Court.

Yanukovych’s administrative proceedings on the recognition of the lack of authority decided to leave without consideration.

And already on April 21, the district court decided on another lawsuit Yanukovych.

OASK granted the request of the representative of the parliament to leave Yanukovych’s claim against the Rada about the absence of competence as a subject of power.

The court decision could be disputed in court of appeal within 15 days.
