Another “sabotage” in Russia?

In the Kursk region of the Russian Federation, supports of power lines (power lines) that feed the nuclear power plant were undermined, a criminal case of a terrorist attack was instituted, Russian media reported with reference to the FSB.

The message claims that the “Ukrainian saboteurs” were undermined. The search for criminals and their accomplices is underway. After the “sabotage”, measures were taken to strengthen the protection of atomic energy facilities.

The Insider notes that damage to the railways and support of power lines has recently become more frequent in the Kursk region. On August 10, unknown people tried to undermine the railway of Ligs – Sudzha, on August 9, the second support of the power line was already undermined. The damaged support is 20 km from the Kursk NPP and 100 km from the border with Ukraine. The previous such case in the private sector Kurchatov was reported on August 4: the distance between the two damaged supports is about 15 km.

On the morning of August 16, explosions occurred in the ammunition warehouse in the village of Mayskoye Dzhankoysky district of Crimea. The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation called this “sabotage.” In addition, there was a fire at the Dzhanka electric substation.
