Employees of the Ojar district police, during the raids to wedding ceremonies, revealed violations of the rules and requirements of a special quarantine regime.
As the HAQQIN.AZ has been told in the press service of the Shirvan Regional Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in the House of Celebrations “Barguad” in the village of Ojar district, a wedding of 250 people was organized. It also found out that the information on the holding of the wedding was not entered into the system icaze.e-gov.az.
Despite the warnings of the police officers, the administrator of the House of Celebrations Majid Khalilly violated the requirements of the corresponding Code of Code of the Azerbaijan Republic on administrative offenses. By a court decision, Khalilli was arrested for 8 days.
In addition, during the monitoring in this institution, it turned out that adolescents were involved in the work in the house of celebrations without signing the relevant employment contract. Materials on this offense are also sent for consideration.
