The Ministry of Education held an information meeting with a group of teachers working in the Apheron-Khizin regional education department on the certification process.
The meeting was attended by the head of the personnel department of the Ministry of Education of EShi Bagirov, the head of the public relations sector Jasarat Valekhov, the director of the Institute of Education Rufat Azizov, the head of the Center for Human Resources Nurlan Ismailbayli, the head of the regional department of education Ilham Abdullaev, Haqqin.az in the Ministry of Education said in the Ministry of Education .
J. Valekhov noted that this is the third such meeting with teachers of various regions of the country. In turn, E. Bagirov said that previous meetings showed that the public negatively refers to the certification process, incorrectly understanding the purpose of this event. However, the purpose of certification is not the dismissal of teachers.
“Conducting certification, we want to make sure that teachers who come to class and teach our children every day work on themselves, on an increase in their professionalism,” Bagirov said, adding that certification will allow teachers to find out what they need to , determine in which direction teachers need to develop their knowledge and skills.
According to Bagirov, test exams will be held in August.
In turn, R. Azizov said that webinars and various materials were prepared for the preparation of teachers for certification, as well as a list of literature. Teaching on them will easily pass certification.
Azizov emphasized that in order to support the professional training of teachers, seminars are planned, and this process has already begun in Baku.
During a two -hour meeting, answers were given to numerous questions of teachers.
