In Iran, they explained how long US sanctions go to cancel

In the event of an agreement on the joint comprehensive action plan (UNDE), the process of verification of the removal of US sanctions from Iran may take up to 6 months, the deputy of the Iranian parliament Malek Sharia said.

“The verification process can take from 3 to 6 months, and here it is necessary to avoid hurry and reaching an agreement at any cost,” the TASS quotes with reference to the ETEMAD newspaper.

Sharia also stressed that the cancellation of all restrictive measures should be a prerequisite for any new agreement so that Iran can fully take advantage of the economic benefit from the transaction.
