Ministry of Education launched online service “Caps of Citizens”

In order to improve the quality of processing of appeals and simplify the process, the Ministry of Education added to the platform https://portal.ez.az/ the service of the appeal of citizens. In addition to a more flexible, transparent and high-quality organization of work in this area, the advantage of the service is to simplify the process of sending appeals in electronic form, step-by-step tracking of each appeal by the citizen himself and receiving answers.

Answers to the sent appeals to the Ministry of Education and the conflict of the institutions through this service will be given in a shorter time thanks to the improved internal system (CRM). Thus, compared with the design of written requests, applications obtained in electronic form reduce the execution time by more than 2 times.

It should be noted that the incorrect or incomplete design of personal data (addresses, communications) in written appeals of citizens complicates the design process and in some cases makes it impossible to control the status of circulation.
