Shoigu: maintaining high level of combat readiness of nuclear triad – key task of

maintaining the highest level of combat readiness of the nuclear triad is one of their key tasks set for the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. This was stated by Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu at a selector meeting with the leading composition of the Russian Armed Forces.

, taking into account the nature of military threats and military -political risks, the Supreme Commander (President Vladimir Putin) set us a number of priority and systemic tasks. One of the key ones is to maintain a strategic balance in the world at the highest level of combat readiness of the nuclear triad. In addition, we will continue to equip the army and fleet with the most modern weapons, including based on artificial intelligence technologies and new physical principles, ”said Shoigu.

The head of the Ministry of Defense noted that the efforts are also concentrated “on a comprehensive supply of troops participating in a special military operation.”

“We will increase the supply of the most popular samples. In particular, to form a serial line of unmanned aerial vehicles – from super -hammered to heavy shock. In our immediate plans – to improve the operation of the communication system, to increase the use of modern intelligence agents, target designation and counter -battery struggle, as well as the possibilities of air defense and satellite grouping, ”he said.

According to Shoigu, the Russian Armed Forces retain the “strategic initiative on the entire line of combat contact”.

“The groups of Russian troops methodically reduce the combat potential of the Armed Forces (Armed Forces of Ukraine). The last year of the enemy’s losses exceeded 215 thousand people and 28 thousand weapons,” says Shoigu.

“Despite the exhaustion of the human resource of Ukrainian formations and the lack of results on the battlefield, the United States is calmly trying to realize their ambitions on world leadership at the expense of the lives of Ukrainians,” said the Russian minister.

Shoigu believes that “with the filing of Western curators, Kyiv continues to drive its soldiers and is looking for any opportunity to make up for the ranks of the Ukrainian army.”

“Of course, this will not change the situation on the line of combat contact, but only tighten the military conflict. We will continue to consistently achieve the goal of a special military operation,” he added.
