The new strain of Coronavirus “Omicron” in Azerbaijan has not been detected. This was stated by a specialist in the genetics of the National Center for Hematology and Transfusiology Aga Rza Agayev.
As reported by HaqQin.az in the center, checks on all mutations and associated strains began in Azerbaijan. According to Agayeva, all samples of the virus entered into the country from abroad, as well as those who have been seen and are suspected of infection with a cluster type in the country, are collected and analyzed. With appropriate checks, the new strain has not yet been detected.
