Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange included SOCAR bonds in Listing on the main market segment.
According to Turan, subscription to the bonds of the State Oil Company with a total of $ 100 million is scheduled for September 20 and will end on October 29th. On the placement of securities Investors will be informed 2 days before it starts.
SOCAR bonds will be in circulation for 5 years. The yield on them will be 4.5% per annum. Coupon payments will be made quarterly.
This is the second issue of SOCAR corporate bonds. The first placement of bonds by $ 100 million (yield is 5%) took place in 2016.
