Fire and Rescue Forces of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan, located in Turkey in accordance with the instructions of President Ilham Aliyev in order to extinguish forest fires and prevent their distribution, continue to conduct operations on fire extinguishing.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan, as a result of the joint efforts of Turkish and Azerbaijani firefighters, fires were extended in the Denizli area.
At the same time, thanks to the efforts of Azerbaijani firefighters operating in the Marmaris region, it was possible to prevent the spread of forest fires in many directions.
Currently, fireforces of the Ministry of Emergency Situations continue to take the necessary measures to extend the ongoing fires in the direction of Kavakly, Ilan and Tehichisar in the vicinity of the city of Marmaris.
