The sappers of the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan cleared more than 29 thousand hectares of liberated territories from the min.
“As a result of the activities of the Azerbaijani Army engineering units in the liberated territories this year, it was completely cleaned of mines and unexploded ammunition to 15.62 thousand hectares of land. To date, in the liberated territories, engineering units are cleaned of mines and purified and Unexploded ammunition of more than 29.113 thousand hectares of land, ”the Ministry of Defense said in a statement.
A total of 10.185 thousand units of anti -personnel, 2.58 thousand units of anti -tank and 10.445 thousand units of unexploded ammunition were discovered and destroyed.
