Foreign Minister Catherine Column said that China can play an important role in resolving the Russian-Ukrainian crisis, convincing Russia to respect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the column announced this during negotiations in Paris with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of China Qin Ganami.
The column emphasized that China can convince the Russian Federation to begin to respect the UN Charter, as well as the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
Foreign Minister of Foreign Affairs also called on the Chinese authorities to call Iran and the DPRK observe international obligations in the issue of nuclear programs, which will contribute to the fight against the spread of nuclear weapons.
