Iran resumed Erbil’s bombing

Iran resumed the bombing of the capital of Iraqi Kurdistan Erbil, the SHAFAQ agency reports with reference to the Source in the Studies.

“The shelling did without casualties, but the bombing is repeated,” the agency’s interlocutor said.

Acting Prime Minister Iraq Mustaf al-Kazemi held a meeting of the Governmental Council for National Security, during which the participants condemned the bombing and announced “rejection of attempts to use Iraq as an arena for accounting.”

Iranian Armed Forces have been continuing artillery shelling of a number of regions in the Kurdish Autonomous Region in the north of Iraq for a week.
