According to the minister, in accordance with the instructions of the head of state, in recent years there is an extensive e-government program in the field of labor, employment, social protection, ensuring, and in this area there will be significant progress. The program allows you to reduce contacts between an official and a citizen, to increase transparency and ensure the modernization of management and maintenance, as well as the efficiency of services and their accessibility for citizens. In recent years, the spectrum of the ministry’s electronic services has expanded several times, in addition, the maintenance of citizens through the “single window” in the Dost centers.
S.Babaev said that the ministry is only in the last 7 months of this year had electronically 15 million services and issued 400,000 certificates: “During this period, 120 thousand pensions, allowances and scholarships were assigned, so there is no need in the treatment of citizens any structures, collecting and submission of documents “
Speaking of the importance of the E-SOSIAL portal, Minister Babayev noted that this portal provides citizens with access to the entire social information collected about them, and also allows them to ensure that their social rights. Everyone can download portal applications for Android and iOS operating systems. The number of active users of E-sosial already exceeds one million, and this number is constantly growing.
