“Since 1990, this award is awarded annually on December 10 in Oslo. It is possible that such information is intentionally extended, because geopolitical centers are more interested in the sooner signing of the Armenian-Azerbaijani peace agreement and establishing peace in the region according to their ideas. It is impossible , however, to exclude that the parties are trying to interest such promises, playing their ambition, ”the information says.
