Permanent Representative of Russia published a post about Ukrainians, and then deleted

A permanent representative of the Russian Federation at international organizations in Vienna Mikhail Ulyanov wrote a post on Twitter with an appeal not to spare the Ukrainian population.

UNIAN writes that Ulyanov published his tweet in response to the post of gratitude of the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky for a new military aid package, which on Friday was allocated for Ukraine. Later, Ulyanov deleted his post, but he remained in the web archive of social networks, there were also screenshots on the network.

After the Russian diplomat wrote another post, now with an apology. “I have to apologize. I forgot who I am dealing with.
