Serbia awaits heavy days. This warning was made by Serbia President Alexander Vuchich.
According to the president, over the past 48 hours, important news have been received, which are now not easy to talk about.
“They directly threaten the vital national interests of Serbia and the Republic of Serbian (two formations in Bosnia and Herzegovina). It will be hard as it never is difficult. We will fight. Serbia will win,” Vucic wrote on social networks.
Meanwhile, the Minister of Defense of Serbia Milos Vschievich reported on the radio television of Serbia (RTS) that at today’s meeting, Kosovo’s application for membership in the Council of Europe will be discussed, which, in his opinion, is a violation of all international norms.
Kosovo, which unilaterally proclaimed its independence from Serbia in 2008, officially applied for membership in the Council of Europe on May 12, 2022.
The Committee on Political Affairs and Democracy of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe will today hold a meeting with the only agenda of the day – discussion of Kosovo’s application on membership in the Council.
