“Having built relationships with our partners in the international arena, we always say that relations with our closest partners, with our friends, with our neighbors are of greatest importance for us. The president noted that the Russian Federation always proceeds from the fact that these contacts should be built on the basis of mutual interests, as well as taking into account each other’s interests.

“I propose to consider one of these areas today, it seems very important for us and is traditional,” he said.
