State Fund of Social Protection completed international certification

The State Fund of Social Protection completed Certification on the international standard ISO 9001: 2015 “Quality Management Systems. Requirements.”

The implementation of management systems based on this international standard allows the Fund to comply with the requirements of legislation, improve the management system and provide high-quality service of citizens.

In accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard, relevant trainings were held for the Fund employees, and they were awarded with certificates “Internal Auditor of the Quality Management System” of the International Sample.

Along with this, for certification of quality management system based on ISO 9001: 2015, policies and targets in the field of quality, as well as the procedures for quality management system, instructions for application of processes were approved.

In such projects, the ministry cooperates with experienced and professional consulting companies. Tenders for the purchase of relevant services are held openly and transparent, in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.

Relevant procurement authorities control the execution of tenders, and the results obtained as a result of registration are transparently via the electronic portal.

In addition, the fund began to work on the introduction of international standards “ISO 26000 – social responsibility” and “ISO 10002 – customer satisfaction.”
