Ukraine: called on to be ready for military situation

Former deputy head of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, General Igor Romanenko said that the country should be prepared for the introduction of a military situation. He said about this in an interview with the Glavred Agency.

According to Romanenko, since the spring of 2021 in some sections of the Ukrainian-Russian border began to be increased, in connection with which the official Kiev should be fear of “actions of a large-scale nature” or average intensity.

“New concentration on the border is unsafe, and Ukraine, if necessary, you need to be ready for the declaration of military situation,” he said.

Note that on Monday, on November 1, satellite images were published in Politico magazine, on which it was seen to the extension of armored units, tanks and self-propelled artillery of Russia near the border with Ukraine.
