US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken will announce a new assistance package to help restore the Ukrainian Energy System destroyed as a result of Russian strikes, Reuters writes with reference to an unbelievable high -ranking official of the State Department.
According to him, Washington works with American utility services and equipment, as well as with European countries to find equipment that can restore Ukraine’s energy facilities.
