A fraudster-psychiatrist from Lerik is judged in Baku

In the coming days, a psychiatrist of the Lerik District Central Hospital Balash Takhmazov and a resident of the city of Shirvan Adil Zarbiev, accused of fraud, will appear before the court. According to haqqın.az, the preliminary investigation in the criminal case is completed.

The materials are sent for consideration by the Baku court for serious crimes. The criminal case was transferred to the judge Faika Ganiev. The preparatory court session is scheduled for July 25.

It is noted that Adil Zarbiev, a resident of the city of Shirvan, deceived a group of residents of the Saborybad region and the city of Shirvan, saying that it would help them in the appointment of disability through their friends working in the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population. Thus, he received 9,500 manat. Zarbiev also entered into a criminal connection with Balash Takhmazov, a psychiatrist doctor of the Lerik district central hospital, and fraudfully took away about 6 thousand manat from a number of citizens, promising them that with the help of his acquaintances he would restore their degree of disability by issuing fake statements of stationary treatment.

Zarbiev and Takhmazov charged under several articles of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.
