Putin and Mirziyoyev held negotiations in Kremlin

President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, as part of a working visit to Moscow, on May 8, in the Kremlin, in the Kremlin met with Russian colleague Vladimir Putin. This was reported by the press service of President Ruz.

According to the report, the issues of further strengthening of the Uzbek-Russian relations of a comprehensive strategic partnership and allies are considered. Particular attention is paid to the expansion of multifaceted practical cooperation in priority areas.

“At the meeting, the importance of supporting existing and promoting promising projects of cooperation of leading enterprises and companies of the two countries was emphasized, including within the framework of the intergovernmental commission,” the press service said.

The need was noted to take coordinated measures to ensure the dynamics of mutual turnover. The actual contacts were supported at the level of the regions of Uzbekistan and Russia.
