Spanish Foreign Minister Jose Manuel Albares claims that Russia increases its “presence” in North Africa. This was reported by TASS with reference to an interview with the policy of the Antena 3 television channel.
He stated that the “epicenter of international terrorism” is now in Sachela, and drew attention to the “challenges” of NATO, which are becoming more and more on the southern flank, as well as the “Russian presence” there.
Albares believes that there is no Russian presence in Algeria, since there are long -standing diplomatic relations between the Russian Federation and this state, while in North Africa it, in his opinion, is growing.
