Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba said that Kiev asked Washington to appoint a special representative for Donbass. It quotes TASS.
“Ukraine is interested in the appointment of a special representative, which will be deeply integrated, that is, it will be an integral part of the development and decision-making process by the State Department regarding Ukraine and Donbass,” the minister said.
Culba added that the final decision is behind the United States.
