The closure of the Istanbul airport due to heavy snowfall led to the delay in Azal flights along the routes Baku – Istanbul and Istanbul – Baku (January 24 and 25). Departures of these flights will be held in coordination with the airport in Istanbul. This was reported by HAQQIN.AZ in the press service of the National Airlines.
According to the post, at the moment, two flights from Baku are delayed. It is planned that the passengers of these flights will be delivered to Istanbul tonight. The departure will be held on the Airbus A340 – the largest wide-body aircraft of the airline.
Also today from the Istanbul Airport in Baku is scheduled to perform the execution of two flights – in the afternoon and late in the evening.
Arriving passengers should contact the Office of Azerbaijan Airlines at Istanbul Airport. Passengers will be registered with the nearest flight on the Istanbul – Baku route.
