Azerbaijanis do not lose interest in apartments in Moscow

In January-May, Citizens of Azerbaijan bought in the capital of Russia, Moscow, 193 apartments. According to Russian media, this means 2.8% of apartments sold in five months to foreign citizens.

The main buyers were citizens of Cyprus (1,132 apartments), Belarus (711 apartments), Ukraine (670 apartments), Kazakhstan (490 apartments), China (428 apartments), Lithuania (366 apartments), Virzhinsky Islands (242 apartments), Germany (Germany (242 apartments) 221 apartments) and Armenia (200 apartments).

Savills previously announced the record demand of Russians for foreign real estate. According to the results of the first half of 2022, the Russians bought three times more real estate abroad than a year earlier. And the number of requests for such a purchase increased six times. The most popular countries where the Russians bought square meters were Turkey, the UAE and Thailand. These countries are chosen for moving, obtaining a residence permit or passport, as well as doing business.
