Five people were arrested for an attempt to travel to the territory of Azerbaijan from the occupation of the territory of Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported in the Bardinsky Regional Group of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
According to the report, the employees of the Agdam district police detained residents of the district Hayal Huseynov, Elvin Huseynov, Nijat Fadati, Joshgun Mammadov and Shamistan Huseynov while trying to drive the territory of the district, which was released from occupation.
During the checks, it was found that these persons have no relevant permits.
In accordance with the Code of Administrative Assignments, protocols were drawn up against them and sent to the district court. By a decision of the court, the Hayal brothers and Elvin Huseynovs for the commission of repeated actions were arrested administratively for 25 days, other persons – for 15 days.
