Court meeting in the case of the National Hero of Azerbaijan, Lieutenant General Rusovana Akperova postponed.
According to his own Correspondent HaqQin.az, the reason was the failure to appear one of the judges.
Recall, Lieutenant-General Rovshan Akperov was arrested in March of this year. About his arrest reported the General Prosecutor’s Office. Akpers was brought as accused under articles 12.1, 120.2.2 (intentional murder) and 12.1, 221.3 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan, on the submission of the General Prosecutor’s Office by the decision of the Baku Military Court against Akperov elected a preventive measure in the form of imprisonment for a period of 4 months .
