Information on the disappearance of Khalida Aliyeva, born in 1976, was received by the police department of the Dzalilalabad district, the Prosecutor General’s Office said.
In fact, a criminal case was opened in the prosecutor’s office of the Dzalilabad district under article 120.1 (intentional murder).
The investigation appeared thoroughly suspicions that Halid was killed by her brother, the name Aliyev born in 1981, hitting his head with a stick on the basis of the conflict, and then buried the body on the territory of the village of Uzuntep.
The name Aliyev was detained as a suspect. During interrogation, he indicated the place of the burial of the body, which was exhumed and aimed at examination.
