Delegation headed by the Chairman of Milli Majlis Sahibhar Gafarova on May 19 met with members of the Friendship group Italy – Azerbaijan and Friendship Association Italy – Azerbaijan.
As the HAQQIN.AZ was told in the Department of Public Relations and Presses of the Milli Majlis, Deputy Chairman of the Chamber of Deputies Ettore Rosato noted the major importance attached to its country to the development of relations with Azerbaijan. He also shared his impressions from a trip to Azerbaijan immediately after the end of the Patriotic War and expressed satisfaction with the positive dynamics of progress between the legislative bodies of the two countries.
In turn, the Chairman of the Milli Majlis Sakhib Gafarov highly appreciated both the activities of the team of friendship of two parliaments and the level of cooperation between them.
Sahib Gafarova noticed during the conversation that in the past year, Azerbaijan freed his own land, previously occupied by Armenia, and restored its territorial integrity. However, at least conflict and eliminated, the Armenian side does not want to move away from its non-constructive position, refuses to submit cards of mine fields.
