The victims of the Helicopter MI-17 of the State Border Guard Service of Azerbaijan during training flights at the air surgeon Garabat Two military personnel are discharged from the clinic home. This was reported in the press center of the State Protection Service.
“The wounded servicemen – Colonel-lieutenant Emil Jafarov and Captain Ramin Adilov are discharged from the hospital of the State Border Guard Service for outpatient treatment. Currently, the state of the wounded good, both servicemen continue treatment at home under the supervision of doctors,” the report says.
Recall, in the morning of November 30, when performing training flights at the aviation site, the Garagabat in the Khysinsky district crashed a military helicopter of the State Border Service. As a result of the incident, 14 people were killed, two were injured. The general civil procedure opened a criminal case under Article 352.2 (violation by negligence of flight rules or preparation for the flight, which led to the death of two or more people) and other articles of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.
