Russia changed tactics in the war against Ukraine. The Russian Federation attacks the peaceful cities with missiles, trying to intimidate people and force them to put pressure on the government so that it goes to some concessions to Moscow. This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the adviser to the head of the office of President Mikhail Podolyak in an interview with “Channel 24”.
“This is a new tactics of Russia – to beat the residential quarters and put pressure on Western political elites to force Ukraine to sit at the negotiating table. All this will not work,” Podolyak noted.
According to him, on the one hand, the Russians do not take into account how the world reacts to these inhuman attacks by cruise missiles.
