Mehman Huseynov reminds that in 2018, the Ministry of Youth and Sports organized the traditional festival “Living Pages of History” in the Gababali district. This large-scale event, accompanied by scenes of historical reconstruction, was timed to the 100th anniversary of the creation of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic and the 95th anniversary of the National Heydar Aliyev leader.
to hold a festival, the organizer of which on the documents was listed 25-year-old Tarkhan Ahmedzade, the ministry allocated 400 thousand manats of budget money. When the blogger was found in the village of Amirmganizhans of the festival organizer, it turned out that Tarkhan Ahmedzade had no idea about the festival in the Gabala region, nor the large amount received for the work.
“I myself am a victim of deception,” says Ahmedzade. “They come to young people who need money. Register for their names for 50-100 manat companies and are engaged in their affairs. I do not know which firms are registered on my name and What they do at all! .. “
It turned out that 200 thousand manat on the festival “Living History Pages” was listed on Degree Group. This company with the authorized capital of 5 (!!) manat was registered in the name of Tarkhan Ahmedzade a few months before the festival in Gabal, after which he participated in the tender, formally announced by the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
As it turned out, Tarkhan Ahmedzade, who admits that he did not see any dedicated money or the real director, not only the company DEGREE Group, but also from Vegas, Talent, CHİMA-TT and Sandoz. The amount of tax debts of these firms reaches 20 thousand manat and notifications to pay for Tarkhan.
Judging by the data presented by the opposition blogger, Talent, for example, implemented a mobile hut-reading project (a truck, equipped with a small library, which travels to the districts of the republic), for which 45,000 manat was translated into its account. And Sandoz won the tender of the Ministry of Culture and Sports on the supply of stationery, for which 35 thousand manat received.
arguing that even after the manual change in the Ministry of Youth and Sports continues to actively use corruption schemes, Mehman Huseynov brings an example of a recent tender for the right to spend the eighth festival “Living Personal Pages” total in 362.490 manat in which they won Company LITTLE COBRA and BLEKKO.
