The Russian Prosecutor General’s Office satisfied the petition of the Azerbaijan Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan to the Azerbaijani citizen Rashad Khanmuradov, the Prosecutor General’s Office said.
This decision was made in accordance with the requirements of the Convention on Legal Assistance and Legal Relations for Civil, Family and Criminal Cases of January 22, 1993.
Earlier, in the framework of the criminal case in the proceedings of the Hussar district police department, in connection with the revealed founding suspicions of committing a group of hooligan actions, a citizen of Azerbaijan Rashad Hanmuradov was wanted, in respect of whom a preventive measure in the form of detention was chosen .
“Hanmuradov was detained in the territory of the Russian Federation and delivered to our country on February 15, accompanied by a special convoy of the penitentiary service of the Ministry of Justice,” the report said.
