Azerbaijani citizens, who were in a difficult situation in Ukraine, were delivered to their homeland. According to the State Committee for Work with the Diaspora, 9 people who were forced to leave Ukraine in connection with the situation in the country were delivered from the Kherson region of Ukraine to Moscow, and from the Russian capital to Azerbaijan.
Two of them – citizens of Ukraine, 7 – citizens of Azerbaijan.
The evacuation of compatriots from the zone of military operations and the humanitarian crisis and their return to their homeland was carried out at the expense of Azerbaijan.
